The successful candidate will have strong experience with municipal and government law, redevelopment, long-term tax exemptions, and related labor and employment considerations. This role supports senior attorneys in research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience in municipal and government law, including redevelopment and long-term tax exemption.
• Ability to handle all phases of discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings and other legal documents; support senior attorneys throughout litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters for the firm from intake to resolution.
• Research, draft pleadings, and assist with motions and trial preparation.
• Attend court conferences and coordinate discovery, depositions, and other proceedings.
