The attorney will represent healthcare providers, hospitals, insurers and other insured clients in complex, high-exposure cases, participate in all phases of litigation, and join a collaborative team that offers mentorship and hybrid work arrangements.

Formación

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience (insurance defense or medical malpractice preferred).
• Experience drafting dispositive motions and managing discovery.
• Deposition and court appearance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Represent healthcare providers, hospitals, insurers and other insured clients in insurance defense and medical malpractice matters.
• Involve in all phases of litigation—from investigation and strategy through trial and resolution.
• Draft dispositive motions and manage discovery; conduct depositions and appear in court.
