AMS Staffing Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with extensive insurance coverage experience to join our Seattle team. You will handle coverage advice and related litigation, working closely with a dynamic legal group.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation, a JD, and WA Bar admission (Oregon a plus). Strong research, writing, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 5–7 years in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation.
• WA State Bar admission; Oregon admission a plus.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance coverage counsel to clients, including policy interpretation and dispute resolution.
• Assist with a caseload of complex insurance coverage cases and litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support proceedings and strategic advice.
• Represent clients in litigation, mediation, and negotiations.
• Review insurance policies and related documents.
• Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and trends in insurance coverage.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate Attorney with knowledge in Insurance Coverage. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our thriving legal team, where you will play a role in formulating insurance coverage advice and handling insurance coverage litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation, analytical research, and an understanding of insurance law. This role requires at least 5-7 years of insurance coverage experience.

Responsibilities:
