The attorney will handle civil litigation matters, foreclosure-related litigation, prepare filings, appear in court, and collaborate with attorneys and staff to move matters efficiently toward resolution.

The role requires practical knowledge of Florida courts, bar membership, and experience with creditors’ rights or real estate litigation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership.
• Experience in civil litigation, especially foreclosure or real estate-related matters.
• Ability to manage pleadings, motions, and court appearances with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters in Florida courts, including foreclosure-related disputes.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, declarations, and related documents.
• Monitor case progress and develop practical strategies to move matters toward resolution.
• Appear in court, attend hearings, and communicate with clients and opposing counsel.

assistwithforeclosure-relatedlitigation,prepareandreviewpleadings,appearincourtas

towardresolution.PracticalknowledgeofnavigatingFloridacourtsisrequired.Experience

withcreditors’rights,includingforeclosure,realestate,orrelatedlitigation,ispreferred.

SpecificJobResponsibilities:

• HandlecivillitigationmattersinFloridacourts,includingforeclosure-relatedlitigationandothercreditor-relateddisputes.
• Draft,review,andrevisepleadings,motions,declarations,correspondence,andotherlitigation-relateddocuments.
• Monitorcaseprogress,evaluatelegalandproceduralissues,anddeveloppracticalstrategiestomovemattersefficientlytowardresolution.
• Appearincourt,attendhearings,communicatewithclientsandopposingcounsel,andassistwithcasestrategyasneeded.

Experience:

• PracticalknowledgeofFloridacourtprocedures,localrules,filingrequirements,hearingpractice,andcivillitigationworkflows.
• Experiencewithcreditors’rights,foreclosure,realestatelitigation,orrelatedfinancialserviceslitigationpreferred.
