Clark Hill is seeking a Senior Attorney to join our Litigation business unit in Collin County, TX. Candidates must have 7-10 years of litigation practice experience and an active Texas bar license. This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely two days per week.

• Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
• Experience working with e-discovery software
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $215,000-$225,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
