Who We’re Looking For:

Pre-Litigation Attorneys (All U.S. States)

• Experience: 2-3 years handling personal injury law cases
• Responsibilities:
• Evaluate cases and manage caseloads efficiently
• Collaborate with our intake team to sign up new cases
• Stay up to date on legislation and regulations in your licensed state(s)
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients
• Maintain strong communication and client relationships
• Work with precision, empathy, and analytical thinking

Litigation/Trial Attorneys (South Carolina, New York, Texas, and Mississippi)

• Experience: 5-6 years in litigation; trial experience preferred
• Responsibilities:
• Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
• Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
• Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
• Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation

Salary for DUAL state Litigation Attorney: $150,000 - $250,000 range (Base plus Bonus)

Salary for Prelitigation Attorney: $100,000 base + great Bonus structure
