Am Law 100 defense firm in Williamsburg, VA seeks Transportation Litigation Attorney with 1–7 years of experience for a hybrid role. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $165,000 base, with comprehensive benefits and a path to trial exposure.

You will work on injury, property damage and casualty claims across land, sea and air, advising clients as investigations unfold. Strong writing and client-communication skills are essential.

My client is an Am Law 100 defense firm with offices in every state. Their Williamsburg office wants Transportation Litigation Attorneys with 1 to 7 years of experience, and every level is welcome to apply.

Williamsburg sits between Richmond and the ports of Hampton Roads. Freight passes the office every day. Some of it ends up as a case.

• Clients: leading transportation and logistics companies
• Cases: injury, property damage and casualty claims, across land, sea and air
• Timing: you advise clients while accidents and investigations are still live
• Range: this group has taken client matters to the U.S. Supreme Court
• Ownership: you handle cases from inception with minimal supervision
• Trial: experience preferred, not required. If you want more of it, say so.
