BCG Attorney Search is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney in Owego, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of litigation experience and be admitted to the New York State Bar.

The role works within a dynamic practice group dedicated to client relationships and handling diverse legal matters. Duties include drafting motions, discovery pleadings, and memoranda; conducting depositions and oral arguments; negotiating settlements; researching points of law; and supervising

• 3+ years of litigation experience required.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
