Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP is seeking attorneys to join the Firm's growing litigation practice group in our West Des Moines location.

About The Firm

Lamson Dugan & Murray's (LDM) West Des Moines office is growing! However, it also offers the support of a larger office in Omaha. LDM has more than 40 attorneys practicing within the areas of litigation and corporate law. About The Position/Key Responsibilities

This position will handle a variety of cases including, medical and professional negligence defense, insurance disputes, personal injury, and many other areas. The ideal candidate should have:

• 1-2 years of litigation experience, preferably with experience in insurance defense or general civil litigation.
• Experience in legal research and writing, first or second chair jury and bench trials, conducting depositions, managing cases, and meeting deadlines.

With the appropriate amount of experience, being hired as a partner is possible.

Candidates with less litigation experience will be considered depending on qualifications.
