You will handle broad GL defense work across premises and bodily injury, own the caseload from pleadings through trial, and maintain direct contact with clients and carriers while advancing your career within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2 to 8+ years of civil litigation experience, defense side preferred.
• Admitted to The Florida Bar.
• Able to run a deposition without a partner standing over you.
• Bilingual Spanish helps, but it isn't required.

General Liability Defense Attorney | Miami, FL | $130,000 to $200,000

I'm working with a Miami firm building out its general liability defense team, and the flexibility on offer is worth stopping for. You start hybrid, and once you've found your feet, there's a real route to going fully remote if that's what you want. Prefer staying in the office instead? That stays on the table too.
