About the Firm

Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP is seeking a full‑time attorney admitted in New York State with at least three years of experience to join our Litigation Practice Group in our Cortland office.

Coughlin & Gerhart proudly dates back to the 1890s and has grown to include nine offices in New York and Pennsylvania. Requirements
  • Current New York Bar admission.

  • Conduct depositions, appear for oral arguments and attend client meetings.
  • Negotiate settlements / advise clients.
  • Perform legal research, draft Memorandum of Law.

  • Handle hearings, arbitrations and trials.
