Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of law firm experience
• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong organizational, research, writing and analytical skills
• Law review or top class rank preferred
• State or federal clerkship a plus
• Admission to New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine or Connecticut bars a plus
• Must reside within commuting distance to Boston, MA or Marlborough, MA

Responsibilities

• Champion clients' litigation needs and voices
• Serve as a conduit of information to internal teams
• Lead efforts as the firm continues to add clients
• Work one on one with seasoned trial attorneys
• Complete B&F Training for onboarding and understanding of role
• Handle written discovery, research key issues of law, and understand proprietary client reporting methods
• Be involved in CLE programs and learning opportunities
• Independently take on projects and cases
