• Represent accounting firms and public companies in financial reporting, accounting, disclosure, and tax matters.
• Engage in civil litigation, including shareholder suits and SEC enforcement actions.
• Handle disputes arising from private equity deals.
• Collaborate with clients, business, and legal teams effectively.
• Utilize innovative technology platforms to enhance legal work.

Skills

Civil litigation expertise

Education
