Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required.
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload with independence.
• Willingness to learn and grow as a litigator.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters in Northern California.
• Work with top trial attorneys and manage discovery, depositions, motions.
• Engage with clients and develop case strategy.
• Prepare for hearings, trials, and settlements.
