Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation including pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions.
• Defend professional liability claims and related commercial disputes.
• Draft and argue motions and help shape trial strategy.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and client updates.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on case development.
