If you have 3+ years of litigation experience and are skilled at motions, written and oral advocacy, you will contribute to complex commercial and civil matters, participate in depositions and mediations, and help shape strategy toward trial

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Skilled at arguing motions.
• Strong written and oral arguments.
• Experience participating in depositions and court hearings.
• Active participation in mediations and settlements.
• Trial preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated litigation matters.
• Argue motions and attend court hearings.
• Participate in depositions and trial preparation.
• Assist with case strategy and settlement negotiations.
