Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in civil litigation (state or federal).

• Strong courtroom presence and confidence handling hearings.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client-relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from initial investigation through trial or resolution.
• Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and conferences.
• Analyze complex legal issues and develop effective case strategies.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on high‑value cases.
