• Experience conducting legal research, preparing case strategy, and communicating directly with clients required.
• Experience taking and defending depositions preferred.
• Experience preparing for and participating in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings preferred.
• Federal or state judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Fox Rothschild has an opening in the Los Angeles, CA office for a Litigation Associate with three to six years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex commercial litigation matters and managing a diverse litigation caseload. This associate will work closely with attorneys across the firm's Litigation Department on a broad range of matters including banking and finance, real estate and construction, insurance, business torts, and class actions. This position offers meaningful client interaction, substantial responsibility, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Compensation & Benefits

• The salary range for this position applies to California. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $240,000 - $280,000
