Job summary

Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience for either Indiana or Chicago offices to litigate in commercial litigation, product liability, construction, toxic tort, class-action and mass tort, and medical malpractice.

The ideal candidate will manage cases, draft motions, develop discovery, take and defend depositions, and appear in court; trial and appellate experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Overall case management experience, including drafting critical motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in court proceedings.
• Trial and appellate experience are valued.
• Possessing excellent academic credentials and immaculate presentation skills.
