Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience required.
  • Experience in General Liability, Product Liability, Complex Litigation, Toxic Tort Liability preferred.
  • Admitted to practice in California.

Responsibilities

  • Handle local and national accounts throughout California.
  • Independently manage a litigation caseload.
  • Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
  • Review and analyze discovery requests.
  • Prepare and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and motions.
  • Engage in trial preparation and support.
  • Maintain accurate time records.

Education

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
