Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a top 100 law firm setting.
• Experience with financial reporting, accounting, and tax matters.
• Civil litigation skills, including shareholder suits and SEC enforcement actions.

• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar required.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in securities fraud, lender liability, and regulatory matters.
• Handle loan workouts, foreclosures, and class actions.
• Engage in commercial disputes and business torts.
• Collaborate with legal teams on intellectual property matters.
