• Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in state and federal court matters, including single-plaintiff and class actions.
• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and related discovery.
• Prepare legal memoranda, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Collaborate with teams across practice areas.
