Qualifications

• 2–4 years of litigation experience.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Virginia Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.

• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of litigation matters from initial investigation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other parties.
• Work closely with experienced partners while taking on increasing responsibility for matters.
• Develop practical courtroom and case-management experience.
