Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership.
• 2–3 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
• Experience drafting dispositive and non-dispositive motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Deposition experience preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters through all phases, including pre-litigation strategy, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses, including dispositive motions.
• Participate in depositions and prepare witnesses for depositions and hearings.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex business disputes.
• Appear at hearings, case management conferences, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Assist with trial preparation and coordination with experts.
