Qualifications

• JD required and PA bar admission.
• Superior academic record and excellent writing skills required.
• Large law firm experience preferred.
• Experience drafting pleadings, drafting and following up on discovery, developing and contributing to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a broad range of complex commercial disputes, labor and employment matters, government investigations and criminal prosecutions.
• Draft pleadings and follow up on discovery; develop and contribute to strategy.
• Handle Multi-District Litigation matters and class actions; manage complex commercial cases.
• Clerkship or trial experience is a plus; work independently and as part of a litigation team.
