Job summary

ABD Talent in Maryville, IL seeks an experienced Litigation Associate to handle complex civil litigation in state and federal courts, focusing on Institutional Sexual Abuse matters. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases with deadlines.

Licensed to practice in Illinois and Missouri or able to obtain admission within one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in complex civil matters.
• Experience with discovery, motions practice, and civil procedure.
• Strong legal writing, research, analytical and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.

• Apply a strong understanding of civil procedure throughout litigation.
