Job Details

We are seeking a skilled litigation associate with 2+ years of experience to join our commercial litigation team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex disputes and contribute at every stage of litigation.

Responsibilities

• Conducting written and document discovery, including review and analysis of electronically stored information
• Drafting pleadings, memoranda, and dispositive and non‑dispositive motions
• Preparing for, taking, and defending depositions
• Assisting with witness preparation and trial strategy
• Performing legal research and providing strategic recommendations
• Collaborating closely with partners and clients while also managing independent responsibilities
• Participating in high‑stakes matters

Qualifications

• Admission to the MA, NY or CT Bar required
• 4–5 years of relevant litigation experience in law firm or clerkship settings
• Strong analytical, writing, and case‑management skills
