Qualifications

• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience, insurance defense experience preferred.
• Appellate experience preferred.
• Member of the California bar in good standing.
• Ability to monitor trials.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters in California.
• Assist with appellate matters and complex disputes.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and partners to develop cases.
• Participate in trials, hearings, and motion practice.

KF offers competitive base compensation from $150,000 - $200,000 plus discretionary and hours based bonuses.
