Job summary

Offit Kurman is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5–10 years of experience to join our growing litigation practice in Tysons, Virginia. The ideal candidate will handle sophisticated business disputes, including breach of contract, partner/shareholder issues, trade secrets, real estate matters, and related complex commercial litigation.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Active Virginia bar admission; DC and/or MD a plus.
• Strong research and writing skills with ability to manage cases from inception to resolution.
• Experience taking and defending depositions, motion practice, hearings, and/or trial; federal and state court experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in sophisticated commercial disputes from filing to resolution.
• Manage depositions, motions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Coordinate discovery and case strategy with clients and opposing counsel.
