We are seeking a highly motivated attorney to join our litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 - 6 years of experience working in all phases of litigation, including client intake, drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial work. Besides traditional litigation, the job entails entity formation, transactional, and general counsel work. Far from a backroom, research-and-writing-only job, this position is client-facing and offers a genuine opportunity to develop and sharpen litigation and trial skills. A portable book of business is encouraged but not required. In addition to serving the firm’s institutional clients, the successful candidate will be expected to build client relationships and develop a client base.
