Job summary

Lewis Brisbois' Providence, RI office seeks a litigation attorney with four to fifteen years of civil litigation experience to handle a variety of matters including admiralty, general liability, and employment law.

The ideal candidate has admission to the Rhode Island Bar and Massachusetts Bar, strong skills in discovery, research, brief writing, and oral advocacy, and is prepared to take significant responsibility, attend court appearances, depositions, and motion practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Overview

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a litigation attorney to join its Providence, RI office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including admiralty, general liability, and employment law.

The ideal candidate will have at least four (4) to fifteen (15) years of civil litigation experience and should have experience managing all aspects of discovery, as well as outstanding research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills. We are looking for candidates who want significant responsibility to handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files independently. Admission to the Rhode Island Bar and Massachusetts Bar is required.
