Talendica, a boutique civil litigation firm in the United States, seeks a Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to handle commercial and business disputes, estate/trust matters, and employment issues. You will contribute to written advocacy, discovery, hearings, and trial preparation, taking meaningful responsibility for case strategy and client communication.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, excellent research and writing skills, and demonstrated

About the Opportunity

Our client is an established boutique law firm with a broad civil litigation practice. This associate will work on commercial and business disputes, estate/trust controversies, employment matters and other civil litigation, taking meaningful responsibility for written advocacy, discovery, hearings and trial preparation.

Must-Haves
