Munck Wilson Mandala is looking to add a litigation associate attorney to its Uptown Dallas office. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of sophisticated litigation experience in a big or mid-size law firm. This position will support and work on a variety of complex matters in both state and federal court, including commercial and business litigation, securities litigation, intellectual property litigation, and employment litigation, among others. Ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written advocacy skills; experience with hearings, depositions, drafting discovery, motion practice, and client communication; and strong academic credentials and work ethic.
