Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (MOODK) seeks an entry to mid-level Litigation Attorney for its Cherry Hill, NJ office with FT remote, hybrid or onsite capacity. The firm specializes in general and toxic tort litigation and offers a clear path to leadership, mentorship, and a competitive salary.

The role requires NJ Bar membership, up to 7 years of experience, strong communication, and proficient use of MS Office and LexisNexis.

Qualifications

• Current and active NJ Bar membership in good standing.
• Up to 7 years’ litigation experience preferred, preferably in NJ but open to all candidates with relevant skills; more experienced candidates may be found via another posting.
• Superior written and oral communications skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

ENTRY TO MID-LEVEL LITIGATION ATTORNEY
