Job description

Our client, a leading national AmLaw 100 firm, seeks a litigation associate to join its specialized practiced focusing on litigation involving state attorneys general. This position is a hybrid position based in either NY or DC.

The group's attorneys represent a range of clients in high-stakes investigations and litigation, including multistate and federal co-enforcement actions. This role is ideal for an associate looking to develop a sophisticated practice at the intersection of law, public policy, and government enforcement.

Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of strong litigation experience including significant motion practice and discovery work. Trial experience is not required. Salary range is 225-265k, depending on experience.
