• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other filings.
• Manage and coordinate written discovery, document production, and other discovery activities.
• Support all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.
• Assist with case strategy development and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to deliver effective legal solutions.
• Manage multiple assignments with attention to detail and deadlines.
