Qualifications

• Experience handling all aspects of discovery and related investigations, including drafting and revising discovery, and responding to and objecting to discovery disputes.
• Experience with drafting legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, and taking and defending depositions. Mediation and arbitration experience a plus.
• Excellent research, analytical, and legal writing skills.

About the Role

Hahn Loeser & Parks is seeking a litigation associate with 5+ years of commercial litigation experience, including conducting and managing discovery, and researching and writing persuasive motions and briefs to join its Sarasota office. Associates in this group work closely with experienced trial attorneys and are supported throughout the litigation process, from early case strategy and discovery through trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education/training, and relevant skills. Compensation offered.
