Job summary

A leading national law firm in San Francisco seeks a Litigation Attorney to join its team. You will manage a diverse litigation docket from inception through resolution, draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and take/defend depositions.

You will collaborate with partners on high-stakes disputes and advise clients on litigation strategy. The ideal candidate has a J.D., California Bar in good standing, and 3+ years of litigation experience, including product liability or class actions,

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the California Bar.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling product liability, commercial litigation, class action, or appellate matters.
• Strong motion drafting and legal writing skills.
• Deposition experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution.

• Participate in discovery management, including written discovery and document review.

• Communicate directly with clients regarding litigation strategy and case status.
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on high-stakes disputes.
• Analyze legal issues and develop practical business-oriented solutions.
