Experience: We are seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both commercial litigation and general litigation. Experience in Chancery practice, health law, and/or employment law would be advantageous.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in all aspects of eDiscovery, including best practices for preservation and collection of electronic evidence.

• Experience in reviewing eDiscovery using electronic support software platforms such as Everlaw or Relativity.

• Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience in taking and defending depositions.

• Familiarity with litigation in both state and federal courts.

• Excellent writing and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required; New York Bar admission is preferred.

• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:
