Job summary

Vernis & Bowling’s downtown Pensacola office is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years in civil litigation. Active licensure in both Florida and Alabama is required. The role offers opportunities to handle own cases early, receive mentorship, and work with partners on strategy.

You’ll manage Florida and Alabama dockets, gain hands-on trial experience, take depositions, and draft and argue motions. Our firm represents national clients with a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active licensure in Florida and Alabama is required.
• Experience handling depositions and arguing motions is preferred.

Active licensure in both the Florida and Alabama State Bars is required. We represent national corporate clients and large self-insureds who aren’t afraid to take cases to trial.
