Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP seeks highly qualified 4th–7th year Associates to join our Complex Technology Litigation team in Silicon Valley.

The Associate position requires in-office presence three days per week, with ownership on matters, case management, and strategy development. We handle technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing, and commerce for leading clients.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years of comparable law firm experience; clerkship experience is a plus.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and are admitted to the California Bar.
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic records and impressive communication abilities.
• Skills and knowledge related to a broad range of commercial or complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership on matters, oversee case management and strategy.
• Help shape case strategy and advise a broad range of clients in technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing and commerce.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to deliver high-quality litigation work.
• Work with industry-leading clients and provide practical legal solutions.

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking highly qualified 4th-7th year Associates to join our fast-growing Complex Technology Litigation team in Silicon Valley.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and high-impact legal work. Associates will take ownership on matters, assist in case management, and help shape case strategy while advising a broad range of industry-leading clients in technology, banking, professional services, manufacturing, and commerce.

The ideal candidates will have experience managing complex, high-stakes litigation. We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated expertise in trade secrets, blockchain and cryptocurrency, or AI and other emerging technologies.

The Associate position requires in-office presence three days per week. The salary is commensurate with years of relevant experience & geographic location. The salary range for our Associate position is $310,000-420,000.
