Job summary

Monrovia, California-based Litigation Associate role with a nationally recognized firm is seeking attorneys with 3+ years of defense litigation experience to join its California team. The position offers hands-on trial experience, direct partner interaction, and a flexible hybrid work environment (2 days in office).

You will manage all litigation phases, take/defend depositions, draft motions, and support discovery and client communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability experience preferred but no required.
• Motion drafting experience required.
• Dispositive motion experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.

The firm's Los Angeles continues to experience significant growth across its Asbestos/Talc Litigation and Silica/General Liability Litigation practice groups.
