Job summary

Job description

Our client is an AmLaw 15/Vault 50 law firm in Houston, Texas seeking to hire a 2-4 year Complex Commercial Litigation Associate supporting its securities litigation, SEC enforcement, class actions, product liability practices.

Necessary experience includes drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for depositions, and briefing motions in a large law firm/busy litigation practice setting.

Strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills are required. A former clerkship with a federal district court or circuit judge is a plus.

Compensation: Cravath base and bonus scale

Billable hours: 2000

Must be licensed to practice in Texas or have the ability to waive in. Must have at least 18 months experience practicing law.
