Job summary

TSSI Recruit Ltd. in Frisco, TX, is partnering with a well-established Texas law firm seeking a Litigation Associate with 2+ years of hands-on litigation experience.

Texas bar admission is required, JD from an accredited law school, and a clear path toward shareholder. You will manage all phases of litigation, handle discovery, drafts and argues motions, participate in trials, and travel across Texas as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical litigation experience.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing abilities.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution.
• Handle discovery, including written discovery and document review.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials.
• Manage a high-volume caseload while balancing competing deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal teams.
• Travel throughout Texas as needed, including occasional air travel.
• Work collaboratively within a team-oriented litigation environment.

What We're Looking For
