Position Overview

As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you’ll report directly to senior attorneys and partners, managing complex litigation matters in both state and federal court. The position offers a diverse caseload and meaningful responsibility in all stages of litigation. Key responsibilities include:



  • Conducting and defending depositions

  • Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery

  • Performing in-depth legal research and analysis

  • Communicating directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

  • Supporting trial preparation and strategy

  • Managing deadlines, court filings, and case timelines in a fast-paced setting


This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from both the Orange County and Los Angeles offices, depending on your location.



Qualifications


  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

  • Licensed to practice law in California

  • Minimum 4 years of general litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting

  • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to manage multiple complex cases independently and collaboratively



Compensation and Benefits


  • Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $280,000.00/yr

  • Salary up to $280,000, based on experience and qualifications

  • Quarterly and annual bonus opportunities
