Morrison Mahoney LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney (Civil Litigation) in Boston, MA, for a hybrid full-time role. The attorney will handle a broad civil docket across general and premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and more.

A JD and MA bar admission are required, with at least one year of civil litigation experience and strong advocacy skills. You will manage pleadings, depositions, and discovery, draft and argue motions, and coordinate with clients and experts to

• JD from ABA-accredited law school and MA State Bar admission are required.
• At least 1 year of civil litigation experience in MA state and federal courts.
• Strong advocacy, drafting/arguing dispositive motions, and legal research skills.
• Experience taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage own civil litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests; meet deadlines.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials to gain courtroom experience.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and fellow attorneys on strategy; provide client updates.
