Job summary

Goldman Sachs Bank AG is seeking a skilled legal professional to support litigation, regulatory inquiries, and investigations across our finance-focused operations. You will input matters into a matter management system, coordinate responses to subpoenas, and assist with document productions while liaising with internal teams and external counsel.

Qualifications

• Experience triaging litigation, regulatory inquiries, and investigations.
• Proficiency with matter management systems and document handling.
• Ability to assist and coordinate responses to subpoenas and regulatory requests.
• Comfort coordinating with multiple internal teams and external counsel.
• Ability to contribute to legal tech initiatives including AI-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming legal documents related to litigation, regulatory inquiries, and investigations.
• Input matters into matter management system including subpoenas, litigations, inquiries, tax levies, class actions, bankruptcies and other incoming matters.
• Assist in preparing responses and document productions for legal requests including subpoenas and regulatory inquiries.
• Post group attorneys and AML on relevant new incoming matters.
• Assist in producing periodic and ad hoc reports for Litigation/Regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with class action/proxy department on settlements and bankruptcy matters.
• Assist with strategic and legal tech initiatives, including AI integration.
• Manage eDiscovery review and data export, ensuring quality assurance and storage usage.
• Collaborate with external vendors and counsel.
