• Serve as primary defense counsel in all assigned cases in all phases of litigation from inception to final appeal.
• Perform legal research and draft pleadings, correspondence, or other documents.
• Identify and secure the assistance of experts and other necessary witnesses.
• Communicate timely and effectively with supervisors and clients on all developments in cases.
• Perform administrative tasks including reporting daily and monthly activities, case assessments, and travel expenses.
