Job summary

Cleveland Steel Container Corp. seeks a Lithography Assistant to support our Quakertown manufacturing facility. You will operate litho presses, manage feeders and ovens, and help maintain production quality while following safety and maintenance schedules.

The role requires a high school diploma and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting capabilities; forklift training is also needed. This on-site position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required (additional education a plus).
• Experience operating litho presses and related equipment.
• Experience in metal forming manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with process safety management.

Responsibilities

• Understand and complete verification procedures for litho presses.
• Set up and operate litho presses including feeders, ovens and downstackers; prioritizes schedule daily for efficiency.
• Follow training documentation including operating specs, diagnostics and machine rebuild.
• Schedule preventive maintenance for plant equipment and assign tasks.
• Maintain housekeeping around litho presses and surrounding area.
• Complete all preventive maintenance for litho presses daily, weekly, monthly.
• Maintain required tools for setup, operation and maintenance of presses.
• Adhere to correct labeling and accurate counting procedures.
• Be trained in material handling and forklift duties.
