• Three or more years in lithographic, offset printing, or envelope manufacturing.
• Knowledge of envelope converting and printing processes.
• Experience with art proofs, color management, and prepress workflows.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lithographic printing activities for custom envelope orders.
• Review artwork, proofs, and specs for production readiness.
• Manage prepress including plate prep and revisions.
• Schedule print jobs to meet deadlines and delivery needs.
• Communicate requirements to press operators and teams.
• Monitor inventory of plates, inks, and supplies.
• Collaborate with vendors for plates and materials.
• Ensure product quality meets specs and standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and reporting metrics.
• Assist with estimating and cost data for print production.
